Welcome to Action Sudoku! By downloading, installing, or accessing our games, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, participating in real-time 1v1 matches, or downloading the Action Sudoku application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please delete the application immediately.

2. Account Security & Verification

You may use the application as an anonymous guest or sign in with Google or Apple Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account profile.

3. Multiplayer Gameplay Rules & Conduct

Action Sudoku is a competitive speed-solving environment. To maintain game balance and integrity:

• Cheating, injecting automated bots to solve sudoku cells, memory tampering, or modifying the client application is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account bans.
• Voluntary forfeits or intentional disconnections during active matchmaking will be registered as a loss, resulting in automatic ELO rating deductions under our matchmaking system.
• You agree to interact respectfully with other players.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

The application features virtual rewards including ELO score progression, Level XP, coins, and cosmetic avatar frames. These items hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed to you solely for personal gameplay enjoyment. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and modify virtual items balances at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, UI designs, sound assets, illustrations, animations, and proprietary grid generation algorithms utilized in Action Sudoku are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or repurpose any part of our game without explicit written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Action Sudoku is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that matchmaking lobbies, server synchronization, or ELO calculations will run uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to alter, update, or discontinue the application (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
