This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which pages people find useful. It is the only analytics on the site.
No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not track you across websites, does not build a profile of you, and the data is not shared with or sold to anyone.
What is recorded is aggregate and anonymous: the page visited, the referring site, and approximate country, device type and browser. In addition, we count a small number of interactions so we can tell whether a page is actually used rather than merely visited:
Nothing about the puzzle itself is ever sent. The grid you type into the solver, the digits you enter, the boards you play and your solving times stay on your device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. The solver in particular runs entirely in your browser — the puzzle is not uploaded.
None of the above involves an account, and none of it is linked to your identity. If you use a tracker blocker, this analytics script will simply not load and the site will work exactly as it does otherwise.
The mobile application uses Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is shown only after you choose an action such as “Watch ad & spin again” or “Watch ad & continue.” Finishing an ad can unlock the benefit described on that button; dismissing an ad does not consume the benefit.
Google and the ad technology providers identified in the consent message may use data to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where you have permitted it, personalize advertising. We use Google's User Messaging Platform to request and remember privacy choices where required. The app does not request an ad until the platform reports that ads may be requested. Depending on your location and device, you may be offered choices about personalized advertising, local storage, or the iOS advertising identifier. When required, you can reopen these controls from Settings → Privacy Choices. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads; an eligible non-personalized or limited ad may still be available.

We take administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Your account details and ELO logs are stored in secure cloud systems. We retain your information as long as your account remains active. Daily reward entitlement records may be retained as needed to enforce the stated limits, prevent abuse, and resolve reward disputes. You can request deletion of your account and game history at any time by contacting us.
Action Sudoku does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have gathered data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
